Target updated to:

• [x] EN: By 2026, increase the percentage of species at risk listed under federal law that exhibit population trends that are consistent with recovery strategies and management plans to 60%, from a baseline of 42% in 2019
• [x] FR: D'ici 2026, augmenter le pourcentage d'espèces en péril inscrites à la loi fédérale dont les tendances démographiques sont conformes aux programmes de rétablissement et aux plans de gestion, le faisant passer de la valeur de référence de 42 % en 2019 à 60 %
