@JulienSTC Note: The progress measure is behaving unexpectedly for this indicator. It considers a decrease in the index from -6.61 in 2015 to -7.43 in 2018 as substantial_progress... direction is set to positive... Might be the sign of a bug? I suspect the two negatives might be cancelling each other out in a way they shouldn't.

Otherwise, the data at the source extends back to 1970. I only included 2015+ as a first pass to allow the viewer to focus on the recent window of time relating to SDGs. After seeing the graph however, 2015+ doesn't display any obvious trends so I might suggest including more historical data.

• [x] Agreed, add data back to 1970 to replicate how it is presented on ECCC's indicator page
• [x] For now, remove the progress measure indicators in both FR and EN, a fix will be developed later in August
