After review, it seems like the UN models the data to report progress on this indicator. Data for Canada on that indicator can be found here: By Location | Pivot Table | Data Portal (un.org) and more context is found here: SDG Indicator 3.7.1 on Contraceptive Use | Population Division (un.org) while the source model seems to be the following: United Nations, Department of Economic and Social Affairs, Population Division (2022). Model-based Estimates and Projections of Family Planning Indicators 2022, custom data acquired via website (Link to source).
