proposal: use CIF source for 7.3.1 because the indicators are the same

CIF 7.3.1 is % renewable and non-emitting electricity. Could you contact our SME and see if you can use the data from CIF 7.2.1 Total energy consumption - the only issue is there is only hydro and nuclear, no wind/solar... Do you know if wind/solar is use in other things than electricity - if not, then CIF 7.3.1 can be used as a complement I think. It needs to be verified with SME though.

Confirmed with SME. Please use table 25-10-0015 and annualize the data before calculating the proportion. Example for RY2020 provided in email "RE: Energy data for reporting on the Sustainable Development Goals" send to the SDG mailbox on 2023.02.28 at 9:22am. Don't forget to change data source :) Also need to write a note to mention that it is not consumption but generation.
