No source in GIF currently, but I found this source with 2020 data: https://diseases.canada.ca/notifiable/charts?c=yl%27

Related to #66

The only problem with that source is that i don't think it reports exactly what the indicator tracks, which is "Number of new HIV infections per 1,000 uninfected population"

Oh ok! I'll pay closer attention because some of the indicators are per 1,000 or per 100,000 population.

It's an easy conversion if we find a source that reports on infections per 100,000 uninfected! But it needs to be "new" infections, not just the incidence rate (which I think are different things)
