Data update 3.3.3

2020 data available. Same as previous indicator, current link doesn't work for me. This shows up on the webpage: Privacy error Found an updated link to the data here, but data is per 100,000 population (not 1,000): https://diseases.canada.ca/notifiable/charts?c=yl%27 Select disease type in query filter.

@camereb I'ts ok that we only have the 100,000 numbers, we're ok to use those. We just need to make sure the indicator page makes it clear which rate we are displayed so when you update this indicator, can you also:

• [x] change the source link in the metadata files to the correct link
• [x] change the graph title and the indicator name in the national metadata (not the global metadata) to "per 100,000" instead of "per 1,000"
