I object to simply changing indentation from 2 to 4, and I don't see the py3 syntax error. In fact I have not yet tried 2.1 branch on py3. So I might as well merge this since someone did try it, and (apparently) it must have mostly worked. I want to merge the dnspython support into 2.0 (or else merge other 2.0 changes that follow the evolving SPF standard).
