What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. printd the code and not what it generates

If you try to convert the example php_test.php, you will see what I meen.

This is probably an issue with what you're passing to DOMPDF. Can you post the 
script that creates this PDF?

You need to set DOMPDF_ENABLE_PHP to true
