AKA re-add the disable Roblox app from RobloxPatcher

I'll supply a screenshot later when i'm on my Mac

disabling the beta app is impossible as it causes the client to crash on startup unfortunately

the bootstrapper gets disabled so you shouldn't be able to update through roblox anyway
