Added updated virtual-desktop-accessor.dll to fix moving windows between desktops #134

Fixes #131 by adding Ciantic's updated virtual-desktop-accessor.dll, as suggested in the comments. Also seems to resolve #133, though I hadn't noticed that issue before making the change.

Thanks. This usually happens with every large Windows update. I haven't updated yet, so I can't test the new DLL with my app, that's why I haven't released a new version. As soon I do that, I'll merge this.
