Feature Request: Don't switch to default desktop on program start #95

It's just a minor annoyance, but if I'm already on a different desktop when I run the exe, I'd like to stay there for the moment. Would it be possible to e.g. modify the settings so that it stays on the current desktop if DefaultDesktop were set to -1 ?

Btw, otherwise very nice tool!
