Bump Java Mission Control #644

JMC hasn't been updated for 2 years and in the mean time we've had also ARM on macOS so it might be nice to update the package. Looking at https://github.com/openjdk/jmc and the binary distributions it seems Azul and Oracle have the most latest build 8.3.1 and all the platforms.

I looked at https://github.com/sdkman/sdkman-db-migrations/blob/master/src/main/scala/io/sdkman/changelogs/JdkMissionControlMigrations.scala and I'm confused. It looks like SDKMAN!'s server only distributes Amazon's JMC distribution.
But when I execute sdk list jmc, I don't see Amazon's JMC distribution.
How is this done? Where are the JMC downstream distributions of AdoptOpenJDK and zulu defined in SDKMAN! server?
Why was #534 distributed even though it was not merged?
