Upgraded to Tomcat July & August release versions

This includes

• Tomcat 8.5.91 and 8.5.92 from 8.5 line
• Tomcat 9.0.78 and 9.0.79 from 9.0 line
• Tomcat 10.1.11 and 10.1.12 from 10.1 line (10.1.12 will be new default version)
• Tomcat 11.0.0-M10 as latest from 11 line (this is the latest alpha release)

Tomcat 11.0.0-M7 dropped because it's only an alpha release and superseded by M10.

Yes, of course, @marc0der . Only the previous one (id 013) or all migrations before? Deleting only the previous one seems inconsistent to me.
