Google stopped support for goo.gl shortener #2

Since April 13, Google has stopped support for goo.gl shortner and thus rendering the geocaching tool unusable. (https://developers.googleblog.com/2018/03/transitioning-google-url-shortener.html)

Can we migrate the code to use https://firebase.google.com/products/dynamic-links/ instead?
