Performance Urgent problems #210

With the last windows 11 updated I began to have severe performance problems with excel, specifically when closing files of online onedrive files.

I read tons of info regarding this issues but as always, very confusing.

I decided to deselect the ImageMSO.XLA and the problem dissapeard.

That makes me conclude that there are some issues on the XLA file

What is the solution ?

I'm having similar performance issues. Today, Excel just grinds to a halt and I have to force-quit. Where do you find ImageMSO.XLA to deselect it?

I have searched my entire hard drive, and cannot find a file called ImageMSO.XLA

But I disabled the BERT add-in, then shut everything down. Brought Excel up in Safe mode and seemed to work OK.

Then re-enabled the BERT add-in. Tried with some functions with new blank workbook and was Ok. Then tried one of my prior workbooks, and seems to work okay, so far.
