Need to add action markdown link check #870

I think there is a need to add an action to check all the links are working or not.

@priyanshu688 I'm not moderator I raised this issue because I think this will automate the link checks and also if moderator read this I'm also able to do this task if you feel I'm a right guy to resolve it..
