Minor typo error in the REPORTING_YEAR_START_DAY description #39

A minor typo has been identified in schema file SDMXDataStructureSpecific.xsd, line 80, which includes documentation for the REPORTING_YEAR_START_DAY attribute. It reads (error in bold): "The REPORTING_YEAR_START_DAY attribute is an explict attribute ..."
