Review/Correct/Complement URN definitions in Technical Specifications doc (especially for MetadataAttribute/MetadataAttributeDescriptor) #51

1) In SDMX STANDARDS: SECTION 5, page 37, there is a class "MetadataAttributeDescriptor" where the example "IMF:SDDS_MSD(1.0.0).REPORT" seems to be wrong. Shouldn't it be "IMF:SDDS_MSD(1.0.0).MetadataAttributeDescriptor" since we do not have identifiable reports anymore?

2) On the same place, there is a class "MetadataAttribute" where the example "IMF:SDDS_MSD(1.0.0).REPORT.COMPILATION" seems to be wrong. Shouldn't it be "IMF:SDDS_MSD(1.0.0).COMPILATION" since we do not have identifiable reports anymore?

3) On the same place for the class "MetadataAttribute", it would be great to showcase an example of nested metadata attributes, e.g. "IMF:SDDS_MSD(1.0.0).CONTACT.NAME", as done for Categories. By the way, an example of nested Concepts would also be worthwhile.

4) Note that the class "DataAttrribute" on page 35 is miss-spelled.
