Extend NSI and SiteRM dashboards to show IPv6/IPv4 ping metrics. #17

Caltech moves IPv6 only for Kubernetes. Need to extend monitoring which is capable to identify if ipv4/6 available and use one which is (or both for ping)

icmp already includes this - but need to extend and add flag if it is v4/v6
