2 years ago I decided to create a new Slack Workspace Autogole Alarms and also here is implementation to auto pre-create slack channels for all sites: https://github.com/sdn-sense/autogole-monitoring/commit/87ee17f9358a82380b2f39410d58f3233e0865e7
Grafana team rewrote Alerting and so far seems they are not planning to implement Matrix alert (at given moment) - see https://www.reddit.com/r/grafana/comments/pn7qxm/getting_alerts_into_matrixorg/
Look at Matrix (Webhooks, etc)
