Documentation: LookupService failing #516

  1. Get into container;
  2. Look at tail -f /var/log/siterm-site-fe/LookUpService/api.log and error message.

One error message example:

Exception: Failed ANSIBLE Runtime. See Error {'edgecore_s0': {'dark': [{}, {}, {}, {}, {}, {}, {}, {'unreachable': True, 'msg': 'ssh connection failed: ssh connect failed: Timeout connecting to 133.149.152.154', 'changed': False}]}}

This points that connection timeout. Try to ssh to device manually and check that port is open.
