Currently, we mix dev and latest releases at sites, and to test new features - we redeploy latest - which might break old release functionality. To simplify this, we will do the following:
Deploy dev release for T3_US_Caltech_Dev, NRM_CENIC_DEV, T2_US_Nebraska_Dev - that will cover SiteRM deployment and available to get connections via Opennsa/NRM.
This will require separating and allocating ipv6, and VLAN ranges on Caltech_Dev and Nebraska just for testing development.
