Some of the advanced rings NF logic needs to be reworked, this will work well after the #117 PR is finished and merged.
I think we need to be more careful of what we're trying to support with advanced rings and not to clutter onvm_nflib with extra functionality.
Old API calls that are essentially deprecated (get nf and get tx/rx rings structs) should be removed.
We probably don't even want to support advanced ring NF scaling, if the NF developers like mTCP have a threading system in place they won't use our methods for it. We should just leave helper API calls like core affinitze in.
