UAT978 Serial Number correction #22

Hello - following this guide I needed to use just '978' as the serial number without the leading zeros. SDR type was NESDR SMART from NooElec.com (Amazon) circa 2019. When reserializing with the leading zeros, dump978 was unable to attach to the SDR (throwing USB Claim Interface Error -6). After removing the leading zeros all works well.
