second half of USB parameter missing #39

The USB pass-thru parameter was missing half.

Did you try it as it was originally written? It didn't used to need the second half (it would map through to the first half if the second half was missing). However, I'm still going to merge your change because explicit is better than implicit. :-)

Yes, sir. That's how I found it. It didn't work until I added the second half. That might be new with docker-compose 3.x vs 1.x or 2.x.
