Sorry for the late answer. It is not a feature yet.
This would be a great enhancement for when working with flowcharts with lots of operators. I'm also interested in this feature.
Hi - I've modified the flowchart plugin to both scroll and allow drag-select and move multiple operators at once. Here is a screenshot of what it looks like. The top part of the screen is a draggable toolbar of operators.
Screen of the drag-select:
The operators can now be moved as a group and all of the link positions are maintained:

Hi,
Thank you - I will be creating a pull request for both the drag select and the scrolling functionality. Let's see what the maintainer thinks.

Hi Rob,
Could you email it or make it available via onedrive, dropbox etc ? Thanks :)
Hi Tom,
I’ve attached my version of the flowchart program. I use the “selectable” to help my UI do the drag-select. Have a look. I can also send you some code in my UI that brings everything together.
Thanks!

Cheers Rob, sorry I'm not sure where you've attached it...
Tom,
I attached it to the email. Do you have a spot I can upload it to?

To make it easier for the maintainer of this project to review or even merge your changes, it's better that you fork the repository, apply your changes on the fork and then make a pull request.
