Couldn't find the source of the images. Plan to delete it. However, I cann't upload the new file, since I don't have the right to.

I added you. Do not simply delete it but rather replace it. A good candidate: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Turbofan_operation_(lbp).png. Please however link it as it should not fall under the repos licence. Also you should add attribution
