Hey, I made some changes to support multitouch. Would you mind taking a look.
I ended up having to add an offset coordinate to the JoystickView because of 
the way
the touches are handled in this configuration.

Would you mind giving some feedback on it. Just wondering if there's a better 
way to do this.
I fought with it all day yesterday trying to do it without having the parent 
set an offset on the 
child but couldn't find a way to do it.

Ive added an activity demonstrating this DualJoystickView.
The multi-touch is a bit quirky, gut I'm guessing it's my Nexus One's buggy 
multi-touch behavior.

Ya it doesn't work properly on the nexus one.
I've used it on a Droid and it's fine, havent tested it on anything else.
