Add git commit to header #155

Currently the DRP version is in the header. While this is useful, we do not change versions often, and there are multiple commits on the master branch with different capabilites. Please add the git commit to the header. This will allow one to identify the specific version of the code that was used to process a dataset, and make it easier to diagnose problems, and find possible solutions.

The fix in https://github.com/sdss/lvmdrp/commit/1c0de20f011ca2350530fd3646f703b76bfca941 was incomplete, and did not work outside of the git repository.

However the fix in 3866eea1e5b02dbef1bf610979d47be083a59cd0 should address the issue
