Add a check using sky lines at the end of the science calibtration to check the wavelength solution

A test needs to be added that minimally uses bright sky lines in each spectrograph that confirms the wavelength calbitration. Include appropriate info in the final headers

This is effectively done now with the correction for thermal shifts in the wavelength direction. The corrections applied to each channel are stored as header keywords.
