Implements fixes and improvements in the script to produce calibration frames. Main changes are:

Fixing the gain values
Fixing fiber tracing routines
Fixing handling of electronic shifts detections (fixes #61)
Implementing script to generate nightly calibrations
Implementing lvmFlat product coming out of twilight reductions

Ongoing:

@ndrory's improvements of the CR rejection routines
