Branch clean-up #19

All: I've cleaned up the branches in the repo, merging and removing the develop and release-dr15 branches. The dev strategy that we talked about in Madison was just making it too difficult to keep track of for the moment.

Both this and the removal of the large files in #14 are best incorporated with a fresh clone of the repo.

Again, please be careful not to lose any untracked files in your existing repo.

@francbelf, before removing the branches, I made one final merge of your branch to master, so all your changes are there. I've left your branch here, but you should likely delete it and create a new branch.

I'll leave this open as an issue for a while.

PS - Make sure you run python setup.py develop again in your fresh clone of the repo.
