Adding config files #72

Hi Kyle,

This adds some config files that set up emission line modeling to use the BPASS and MIUSCAT templates with the MPL-9 emission line list. There is also a new config file that allows for fitting of the MaStar library with the NaD region masked out.

I was also getting a crash due to repeated config keys when I first tried to run the pipeline -- so removed a duplicate .ini file.
