Significantly restructures the repository directories:

This also removes the default_ prefix from all the methods in the mangadap.config.defaults module.

pythondirectory is removed. Code is now just inmangadap.datadirectory into themangadapdirectory. The latter should make pip distribution easier.This also removes the
