make the JHU marvin the default API endpoint #811

Now that we've permanently moved Marvin to JHU, served at magrathea.sdss.org, we should update the python package to make that the default sasurl used for API calls. We can release a new package version. In the short term, users can follow the instructions in #810 to get around any connection issues.
