This PR adds the https://github.com/sdss/sdss_solara package dependency. This package maintains the solara and jdaviz packages and the page for embedding jdaviz into zora. The solara application is sub-mounted into valis. That package can be expanded to include new pages, or embeds that can be served via valis and accessed via zora.
This is for displaying the spectra for quicklook and analysis on the target page.
