resolving simbad iaunames aren't always formatted correctly in url #20

When resolving the target to within 3 arcmin in Simbad, the url link for the name in the table list isn't always formatted correctly to resolve to a proper Simbad link. For example, target https://data.sdss5.org/zora/target/12743

Target: 2MASS J02465341+0016332 App link: https://simbad.u-strasbg.fr/simbad/sim-id?Ident=2MASS%20J02465341+0016332&submit=submit+id Correct link: https://simbad.u-strasbg.fr/simbad/sim-id?Ident=2MASS+J02465341%2B0016332&submit=submit+id

Also: SDSS J024653.62+001325.3

These resolve correctly LEDA 1161585 Gaia DR3 2498627980709465984
