Cannot add links in < WordPress 4.0 #9

The link modal will open and function, however links are not added to the editor.

Steps to replicate:

  1. Install Note on WordPress 3.9.3
  2. Create a link
  3. Click "Add Link" button
  4. Text in editor remains the same (link was not added)

We've decided to drop support for WordPress 3.9 and will only support WordPress 4.0 and up at this time.
