Name: Name of the facility (e.g., "Fred Doe International Hospital").
Address: Physical location of the facility (e.g., "Dandelion Street, Pidu, Chengdu, Sichuan, China").
Phone: Facility's contact phone number (e.g., "+8619108090841").
