Incompatibility with 'Organize Statusbar' - Click menu does not work, IP disappears

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install ShowIP and Organize Statusbar
2. When clicking on the IP in the statusbar, the IP text reverts to
'ShowIP' and the popup menu will not appear.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ShowIP 0.8.10r22b0272
Organize Statusbar 0.6.2
Firefox 3.0.6

Installed and tested. With just showip_0_8_13r26b0066.xpi and Organize Status 
Bar
installed/enabled, the menu works fine. However, now if I enable any other 
addon that
has a status bar item, the original problem returns. The exception is if I only 
have
Stylish as well as ShowIP and Organize Status Bar. For some reason that 
combination
still works.

Even if you change & reload a tab afterwards? I've several extensions installed 
and
it still works... Could you bisect which addon breaks it?

Any addon that has a status bar item other than Stylish causes it. Right 
clicking now
causes an odd javascript error popup: "showip_ipmenu_74.125.19.100not found" 
(Should
be one of Google's IPs as that was the page I was on).

Reloading the page brings the IP text back, bluck clicking makes it go away 
again.

I'll do some more testing.

Which OS are you using? And please tell me one or more extensions causing this. 
With
my extensions it doesn't happen.

Vista 64-bit.

Try ShowIP, Organize Status Bar and NoScript.

Hello,

I too have this issue.  I use Vista 32bit and Firefox 3.0.6 with various 
add-ons that
use the status bar (RefControl, Babelfish, IETAB, CoolPreviews, GooglePreview, 
McAfee
SiteAdvisor, NoSquint, QuickJava, ReminderFox, ScrapBook, ShowMyIP, ShowIP).

I just installed ShowIP 0.8.14 but it makes no difference, still got same 
fault. But
if I replace ShowIP with modified ShowIP "ShowIP-Mod 0.8.10r22b0272m" by 
NettiCat
<http://netticat.ath.cx/FlagFox/FlagFox.htm> then it is fine and all working 
again.

Whatever NettiCat modifies within ShowIP, this is what you also need to modify, 
then
all should be ok.

I just tried 0.8.15pre1.xpi and it's looking good. 

This issue seems to be fixed, everything is working normally again.
