- Which platform?
- Which other plugins have you installed?
- What are you expecting to see?
- What do you see?
- Did it work on ff 3.5 ?

Please try http://firefox-showip.googlecode.com/files/showip_1.1rc1.xpi, if it 
still happens reopen this bug.
