Responsive Web Design

I think that this website would benefit from responsive design. It's true that certain aspects of the page change according to the screen size of the device (the most notable of which is the background at the top of the site), but overall the site isn't "responsive" in the regular sense. Statistics in recent times make a good case for RWD.

Scenarios Showing Necessity

Check this out: Starting on iPhone 6 While the background itself has taken up the whole screen, the text should adjust for the fact that the display is that of a mobile screen. In addition, the small bouncing down arrow is difficult to interact with. :worried:

Also, the navigation bar is very hard to use on a mobile device as it is. Responsive design should bring in a different navigation menu designed for smaller devices. :iphone: Skills and Experiences on iPhone 6

Given the scope of modifications that have to be done to the website, responsive design is deserving of classification as a "feature."
