Problem Description

is it possible to have the full SDMetrics in R. Is there a way one can contribute into this effort for the comunity?

Hi there @tAndreaniSanofi 👋 I'm curious if you can share more about your use case and motivation for an R package here?

We're a small team and we prioritize new features & packages based on community interest, so I'm hoping more people will chime in here over time!

Hi @srinify thank you for the reply. I am trying to use this package on synthetic data generated from omics (transcriptomics, metabolomics, lipidomics, proteomics etc..) sources. The R community is very well established for omics (e.g. within bioconductor), and was wondering if an evaluation of synthetic genomic data could be achievable with an R version of SDMetrics.
