Problem Description

is it possible to have the full SDMetrics in R. Is there a way one can contribute into this effort for the comunity?

Hi there @tAndreaniSanofi 👋 I'm curious if you can share more about your use case and motivation for an R package here?

We're a small team and we prioritize new features & packages based on community interest, so I'm hoping more people will chime in here over time!

Hi @srinify thank you for the reply. I am trying to use this package on synthetic data generated from omics (transcriptomics, metabolomics, lipidomics, proteomics etc..) sources. The R community is very well established for omics (e.g. within bioconductor), and was wondering if an evaluation of synthetic genomic data could be achievable with an R version of SDMetrics. For our own knowledge, are there any resources or papers you can link to that can help us better understand how people in the genomics community are using synthetic data in promising ways?
