@sdwfrost This is the one of the best course I have ever seen, could you have more better methods than the following methods that can do transmission network analysis, thanks. Using HIV Networks to Inform Real Time Prevention Interventions.pdf

For methods that are more about reconstructing networks of transmission, I have a repository of different tools:

as well as data sets with which to test them:

No course on these yet though! My institution doesn't recognise out-of-institution teaching, so I have to squeeze it in where I can.

@sdwfrost Which method for the reconstrcting networks of transmission is more better than other methods, what is your opinion about the method in the paper that I attched in the last message, thanks.
