SDY60-2022 Repositories list clean up - Change Owner for Forked Repositories

This is a reference to forked repositories regarding the _democv template.

Change of repository's owner may be needed. I think that CVs should be displayed like the URL below (not owned by the Organization):

https://_**username**_.github.io/

αν αλλαξει ο owner στο repository τοτε το github προειδοποιει οτι το https://username.github.io/ δε θα παιζει. εχουμε ηδη συζητησει οτι δεν υπαρχει λογος να γινει καποιου ειδους συνδεση των cv με τον οργανισμο. η λογικη ειναι οτι θα ανοιξει καπου ενα json αρχειο, στα πλαισια ενος website και ο καθενας θα προσθεσει εκει το url του με pull request. αν δεν εχω καταλαβει σωστα διορθωστε με

This is exactly what I'm saying. Everyone should use his/her username and not the organization's username.

Everyone's website should be served from https://**_username_**.github.io/ from the forked repository mentioned above (demo_cv).

There shouldn't be 9 repositories present inside the Organization with 5 of them related to the CV creation. That's what "clean up" means.

α, οκ. απλα δεν εχουν εχουμε δικαιωμα delete για αυτο γεμισαμε repos (τουλαχιστον εγω απο αφηρημαδα ανοιξα 2). φανταζομαι καποια στιγμη θα τα σβησει ο alex
