Add navbar #59

Fixes #56

Adds a simple navbar to the top of all pages.

Looks good. Hopefully your FYP will improve MarkBind such that future MarkBind authors can do a change like this by modifying just a handful of files, not 600+ files :-) I'll merge this tomorrow.
