Change UI for creating new task

User Story:

As a user, I want the create task's side bar to re-adjust itself on different window sizes so that text is always readable

Acceptance Criteria:

1) The colour bar and doesn't overlap with the text (image shown below)

Notes

Could probably be solved by limiting the height of the pop-up 'add task' window size.

Upon investigation, it turns out that this was already fixed in #199. As such, I'm closing this issue.
