Description

In following the project requirements we are to add documentation regarding a contributions table, future issues, wiki, setup guides, endpoint design.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] create extra required documentation
[ ] move existing documentation from various locations (Drive/Discord etc) to centralised location (GitHub Repo)
[ ] ensure consistency with code
