TF2C Won't Download or Install #69

Describe the bug When using Create Server to download or install TF2C, the download box immediately disappears.

Installing a local zip file fails as well.

TF2C site used to have https://tf2classic.org/tf2c/tf2classic-latest.zip but it's now showing 404.

They also used to have versions listed here https://launcher.tf2classic.com/tf2classic-public/ but it's not being updated.

Version 7.3 will be released soon which will correct the issues with TF2C and Create Server. We are currently waiting on translators to confirm the translated strings are correct.
