Counter-Strike 2 has been out for a few months now, but we're still waiting on SourceMod to roll out support for it. The team at AlliedModders is hard at work on this – you can check their progress right here. They're getting there, but it's not quite ready yet.
Good news for Metamod, though – it's already up and running with CS2. We'll be adding that back into seDirector soon.
In the meantime, new alternatives to SourceMod are popping up. Take a look at CounterStrikeSharp, for instance. It's an good looking new option and even supports plugins, much like SourceMod.
